From University to Industry: Materials Engineering students visit AQUA
In recent days, AQUA had the pleasure of welcoming first-year students from the Master's Degree in Materials Engineering at the "Enzo Ferrari" Department of Engineering, University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (UNIMORE). The visit offered them the opportunity to gain first-hand insight into an industrial environment where innovation, engineering and manufacturing come together every day.

The visit began with a guided tour of our production facilities, where the students explored the main stages of the manufacturing process and learned about the characteristics of the materials used across different applications. It provided a valuable opportunity to understand how material selection plays a key role in developing reliable, high-performance products for highly specialized industries.

The tour concluded in our technical laboratory, where our team presented several product and component examples, demonstrating how plastic components, electronics and engineering work together in perfect synergy to create advanced technological solutions. Through practical examples, the students gained a deeper understanding of how individual components contribute to the final application, following the journey from concept and design to the finished product.

The visit also included valuable opportunities for discussion and interaction, allowing the students to ask questions and explore technical and manufacturing topics directly with AQUA's professionals.

We believe that collaboration between universities and industry is essential to helping future engineers bridge the gap between academic studies and the professional world, while providing a practical understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the manufacturing sector. For this reason, we are always pleased to open our doors and share our expertise, experience and passion for innovation.

We would like to thank the students and their professors for their visit and wish them every success in their academic journey and future careers.
