AQUA's Communication - Renewals and thanks
AQUA SpA announces the renewal of the Board of Directors for the 2025–2027 term.
We welcome Laura Bigi, the new Chair of AQUA SpA, and Luca Odierna, newly appointed Board Member.
At the same time, Eng. Emil Anceschi has been confirmed in his role as CEO and General Manager. The Board of Statutory Auditors and the Independent Auditors have also been confirmed.
A heartfelt thank you goes to Villi Incerti, outgoing Chair, and to Silvia Grandi, outgoing Board Member, for their dedication and professionalism throughout their term. We wish them both the very best for the future.
