Description
Our washable mesh cartridges are surface filtration filter elements with non-deforming structure. The rigid support is made of reinforced polypropylene, inside of which a polyamide filter mesh is welded.
The meshes used are extremely uniform in terms of their mechanical and physical properties: the square mesh structure allows a uniform flow and minimises the risk of blockage, ensuring accurate filtering capacity with minimal pressure drops. The smooth surface, due to the regular weave of a single filament, is easily washed and does not release contaminant particles.
These washable mesh cartridges offer nominal filtration with an efficiency of 80%, are easy to use and correct maintenance will ensure a long lifetime of effective use.
The available lengths range from 5” to 30”, while the filtration levels range from 80 microns, meeting the most common European standards, to a maximum of 430 microns.
